Ah, the golden year of 1987! Back when creativity thrived amidst scarcity, and my father, a true maestro of machines, had been fine-tuning Elna beauties for eons. Then, in a flurry of excitement, we seized the Elna agency, giving birth to the legendary Elna Piekfyn!
Fast forward to 2016, where we decided to spice things up! Adding Singer and Pfaff to our collection, we transformed into a powerhouse of sewing wonders. But it wasn't just about the brands; it was about the meticulous after-sales care that set us apart, one stitch at a time.
Like a needle weaving through fabric, we moved our shop more times than a bobbin on a sewing machine! From the lively Trip Arcade to the bustling Independence Avenue, and then the vibrant Eros Shopping Centre. Change was our constant companion, but with each move, we stitched our story into Windhoek's fabric.
With technology knocking at our door, we downsized and retreated back home. The hum of machines became our symphony, and our cozy abode provided the perfect backdrop for creativity to flourish. But oh, the journey wasn't over yet!
Just when we thought we had it all stitched up, COVID came knocking. Retreat was our only option, yet amidst the chaos, our spirit remained undeterred. Back where it all began, amidst the whir of machines and the laughter of loyal customers, we found solace.
